  Nasty, rude and they don't put the patient first. They are only interested in their offices policies which are borderline abusive. The staff is angry for some reason which probably means they are not well treated. Generally employees who are so filled with anger that they take it out on their patients are typically abused themselves.
  
  You'll want to avoid even calling for appointment. Believe me you'll regret it.
